ScratchSleeves Sizing Guide

Follow this easy guide to select the right size helping to ensure a more secure fit. Children’s arms grow really quickly between 18 months and 2 years so the ScratchSleeves are nominally in 3 month brackets.

The ages give a guide but it's best to measure your child 'wingspan' from fingertip across there back to the other fingertip. This is best done from the centre of the back down one arm and then the result doubled as shown in the picture below.

Now you have your size use the table below to find the ScratchSleeve which matches your measurement. If you are close to the maximum value for a given size it is best to order the next size up so that the child doesn't grow out of them instantly.

Note that the ScratchSleeves are a little larger than the maximum wing span in the table above which allows enough wriggle room to get the baby in and out of the sleeves easily, so it is best not to add too much growing room on top of the suggested minimum wingspan as you run the risk of the sleeves being so big they just fall off.
